Quick Fixes
Restart the Terminal
Many issues resolve with a restart:
- Close all open orders if possible
- Go to Settings → Restart
- Or hold power button for 10 seconds
- Wait for full restart (1-2 minutes)
Check Internet Speed
- Slow internet affects performance
- Run a speed test on another device
- Contact ISP if speeds are low
Clear Cache
- Go to Settings → System → Clear Cache
- Confirm clearing cache
- App restarts automatically
Ongoing Slowness
Too Many Open Orders
Large numbers of open orders slow the system:
- Close or void abandoned orders
- Complete open tabs
Software Updates
- Check for available updates
- Install updates during slow periods
- Updates often include performance fixes
Hardware Issues
If problems persist after above steps:
- Contact support for diagnostics
- May need hardware replacement
Preventive Measures
- Restart terminals daily (before opening)
- Keep software updated
- Maintain stable internet connection
- Close orders promptly
