This Merchant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between STOVE Inc. ("STOVE", "we", "us", or "our") and the merchant ("Merchant", "you", or "your") who accepts these terms.
STOVE provides point of sale software, payment processing, and related services for restaurant and hospitality businesses. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
To use STOVE services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan and any add-on services. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Hardware fees are additional.
This Agreement begins when you create an account and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with written notice according to the terms of your service agreement.
STOVE's liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
