POS Not Connecting to Internet
Check Basic Connectivity
- Verify other devices can connect
- Check if WiFi/Ethernet cable is connected
- Look for network icon status on terminal
WiFi Troubleshooting
- Go to Settings → Network
- Verify correct WiFi network selected
- Forget network and reconnect
- Enter password again carefully
Ethernet Troubleshooting
- Check cable is firmly connected at both ends
- Try a different Ethernet port on router
- Try a different cable
- Check for link lights on router port
Router/Modem Issues
- Power cycle router (unplug 30 seconds, replug)
- Wait 2-3 minutes for full restart
- Check if internet works on other devices
Using Offline Mode
If internet is down, STOVE can operate in offline mode:
- Continue taking orders
- Cash payments work normally
- Cards stored for processing when online
- Data syncs automatically when connected
