This policy applies to hardware purchased or leased from STOVE.
Hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in original condition with all accessories.
Defective hardware will be replaced at no cost during your warranty period. Contact support to initiate a replacement.
Hardware on a monthly lease must be returned at the end of your service agreement. Return shipping is the merchant's responsibility.
Contact customer support at 760.368.6800 or success@stovepos.com to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving returned hardware.
