Accessing Reports
Access all reports from mySTOVE under Reports in the main navigation.
Available Sales Reports
Sales Summary
High-level overview including:
- Total sales
- Transaction count
- Average check size
- Sales by payment type
- Comparison to previous period
Sales by Category
Breakdown of sales by menu category to understand what's selling.
Product Mix Report
Detailed item-by-item sales showing:
- Quantity sold
- Total revenue
- Percentage of sales
- Profit margin (if costs entered)
Hourly Sales
Sales broken down by hour to identify peak times.
Day of Week Report
Compare sales across days of the week.
Filtering Reports
All reports can be filtered by:
- Date range
- Location (multi-location)
- Order type
- Employee
Exporting Reports
Export any report as:
- Excel (CSV)
- Email scheduled reports
