Starting a New Order

Order Types

STOVE supports multiple order types:

• Dine-In: Select a table from the floor plan
• Takeout: For pickup orders
• Delivery: For delivery orders (address required)
• Bar Tab: Open tabs for bar service

Creating a Dine-In Order

1. Tap Tables on the main screen
2. Select an available table (shown in green)
3. Enter the number of guests
4. Begin adding items to the order

Creating a Takeout/Delivery Order

1. Tap New Order on the main screen
2. Select Takeout or Delivery
3. Enter customer name (and phone for delivery)
4. For delivery, enter the delivery address
5. Add items and process as normal

Adding Guest Information

You can attach customer information to any order for:

• Loyalty point tracking
• Order history
• Marketing communications
