Adding Items and Modifiers

Adding Items

1. Navigate to the appropriate category
2. Tap the item to add it to the order
3. If modifiers are required, a popup will appear
4. The item appears in the order panel on the right

Working with Modifiers

Modifiers customize items (e.g., "No onions", "Extra cheese"):

• Required modifiers: Must select before item is added
• Optional modifiers: Can skip or add as needed
• Priced modifiers: Add to the item total

Editing Items

To modify an item already in the order:

1. Tap the item in the order panel
2. Select Edit to change modifiers
3. Select Remove to delete the item
4. Use +/- buttons to adjust quantity

Special Instructions

For custom requests not covered by modifiers:

1. Tap the item in the order panel
2. Select Special Instructions
3. Type the custom request
4. This prints on the kitchen ticket
