Managing Gift Cards

Gift Card Setup

1. Go to Marketing → Gift Cards
2. Enable gift cards
3. Order physical cards (optional)
4. Enable digital gift cards

Selling Physical Gift Cards

1. On POS, tap Gift Card → Sell
2. Swipe or enter card number
3. Enter activation amount
4. Process payment
5. Card is now active

Selling Digital Gift Cards

Customers can purchase online:

1. Select gift card amount
2. Enter recipient email
3. Add personalized message
4. Complete payment
5. Recipient receives email with code

Redeeming Gift Cards

1. At checkout, select Gift Card payment
2. Swipe card or enter code
3. Balance is shown
4. Amount applies to order
5. Remaining balance for future use

Checking Balance

Check gift card balance:

• On POS: Gift Card → Check Balance
• Online: Balance check page
• Customer can call restaurant

Gift Card Reports

• Active cards and balances
• Sales by period
• Redemption reports
• Liability tracking
