Welcome to STOVE!

Congratulations on choosing STOVE as your restaurant management platform. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get your restaurant up and running.

Step 1: Access mySTOVE

Your back-office management portal is available at my.stovepos.com. Log in with the credentials provided in your welcome email.

Step 2: Complete Your Restaurant Profile

Navigate to Settings → Restaurant Profile and fill in:

  • Restaurant name and contact information
  • Business hours for each day
  • Tax rates for your location
  • Receipt customization

Step 3: Build Your Menu

Go to Menu Management to create your categories, items, and modifiers. We recommend starting with your most popular items.

Step 4: Add Your Team

Add employees under Team → Employees. Assign appropriate permission levels based on their roles.

Step 5: Connect Your Hardware

Follow the hardware setup guide to connect your terminals, printers, and payment devices.
