Understanding Permissions
Permissions control what actions each role can perform. Proper permissions protect your business while enabling efficient service.
Accessing Permission Settings
- Go to Team → Roles & Permissions
- Select a role to edit
- Toggle permissions on/off

Orders
- Create orders
- Void items (before send)

Creating Custom Roles
- Click Add Role
- Name the role
- Select applicable permissions
- Save the role
- Assign to employees
