How does the coursing system work?

STOVE's coursing can operate in automatic mode (firing based on kitchen timing and prep completion) or manual mode (server fires each course). Most restaurants use a hybrid—automatic with server override capability.

Can we customize the floor plan?

Yes. You can build your exact floor layout, including multiple dining rooms, patios, and private spaces. Tables can be combined for large parties and split back apart as needed.

How does STOVE handle tasting menus?

Tasting menus can be configured as preset multi-course orders with pacing rules. The kitchen sees the full sequence while courses fire according to your timing preferences.

What about wine pairings and sommelier service?

Wine can be ordered by course and fires to the bar at the appropriate time. Sommeliers can add pairings mid-service from a handheld without disrupting the original order flow.
