Managing Online Orders

Receiving Orders

When an online order comes in:

  • Alert sounds on POS terminals
  • Order appears in online orders queue
  • Ticket prints to kitchen (if configured)

Order Status Flow

  1. New: Just received
  2. Confirmed: Accepted and in kitchen
  3. Ready: Prepared for pickup/delivery
  4. Completed: Handed to customer/driver

Accepting/Rejecting Orders

For manual accept mode:

  1. Review the incoming order
  2. Tap Accept to confirm
  3. Or tap Reject and select reason
  4. Customer is notified automatically

Adjusting Prep Time

If running behind:

  1. Tap the order
  2. Select Adjust Time
  3. Add additional minutes
  4. Customer receives updated ETA

Marking Orders Ready

  1. When order is prepared, tap Ready
  2. Customer receives notification
  3. For delivery, driver is notified
