Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View invoice history
- Click any invoice to view/download
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Click Update
- Enter new card information
- Save changes
Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
- Annual: Save with yearly billing
Adding Locations
To add a new location:
- Contact sales or support
- Location is added to your account
- Billing adjusts automatically
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Contact support at 760-368-6800
- Discuss concerns (we may be able to help)
- Request cancellation if proceeding
- Service continues until end of billing period
