Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View invoice history
  3. Click any invoice to view/download

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
  2. Click Update
  3. Enter new card information
  4. Save changes

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
  • Annual: Save with yearly billing

Adding Locations

To add a new location:

  1. Contact sales or support
  2. Location is added to your account
  3. Billing adjusts automatically

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Contact support at 760-368-6800
  2. Discuss concerns (we may be able to help)
  3. Request cancellation if proceeding
  4. Service continues until end of billing period
